Career History
He’s career trajectory presents an exciting blend of finance and entrepreneurship. His professional journey took root at the prestigious United Bank of Switzerland, where he worked as an intern while studying at Texas State University. With aspirations of following in his father’s footsteps as a financial advisor, He focused on building a solid foundation in the finance industry. However, the global Covid-19 pandemic introduced an unexpected detour in his path. The industry-wide hiring freeze in the financial sector prompted him to shift his gaze toward the entrepreneurial world.
Capitalizing on the skills acquired from his father – such as how to drive boats and engage in various water sports – and the business knowledge he gained in university, He, along with his father and two younger brothers, founded Big Tex Boat Rentals. Transforming adversity into opportunity, they grew this venture into a successful enterprise, boasting three prosperous years in business and gearing up for the fourth summer season.

Beyond his academic pursuits and entrepreneurial ventures, His life is deeply intertwined with community engagement and philanthropic work. He has volunteered and raised funds for numerous charitable organizations, such as the Wounded Warrior Project from 2014 to 2018 and Bobcat Build from 2014 to 2018.

He has left his mark on various community events, from teaching crafts at Westgate Memorial Baptist Church Vacation Bible School to volunteering at the American Homes Kid’s Fishing Tournament.
Personal Life and Interests
His personal life is as vibrant as his professional and academic journey. He has a deep love for music and outdoor activities, traced back to his childhood. His enthusiastic outdoorsman father introduced Him to water sports at a tender age. His skills and passion for the sport flourished with his frequent visits to the family property “The Blue Mile,” a private ski lake in Beaumont known for its water skiing and barefooting activities.
An avid fitness lover, He embraced a healthy lifestyle instilled by his health-conscious parents, indulging in duck hunting, fishing, and dirt biking. His fitness regimen, which began at 13, remains a constant in his life, with gym visits ranging from three to six days a week.
Music has also played a significant role in He’s life. His passion for music led him from guitar lessons to DJing at local bars during college. His entrepreneurial spirit found another avenue when he co-founded Lunar Events in Austin, Texas, with his business partner Joe Kalla, fostering a platform for local music events.
